The BioModelling Network is organising a tutorial on COPASI and its use. Our speaker will be Prof Pedro Mendes, Chair in Computational Systems Biology.

COPASI is a software application for simulation and analysis of biochemical networks. For more information or to download and try the software, check the website http://www.copasi.org.


If you are interested to participate, please contact Vangelis Simeonidis. You are encouraged to bring your laptop along.


Coffee will be served on the break, and some sandwiches will also be provided after the end of the tutorial.
