Research Interests
I have a PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, my research is basically on yeast S.cerevisiae. I have some experience are on fermentations and microarrays. I am also interested in the analysis of high throughput data from yeast fermentation experiments. I have been doing PCA, PLS, clustering, linear and non-linear deterministic modeling, ANOVA. My favorite tools are Matlab, GeneCluster, Cytoscape, Excel.
