Research Interests
I'm interested in data driven models of biological processes. In particular I focus on probabilistic models. With Magnus Rattray I've worked on probabilistic models for processing microarray data and inferring protein concentration. Recently focus has shifted from purely data driven models to combining data driven models with knowledge driven models.
