Title: Statistical Bioinformatics: On using the correlations of divergences Wed 12 September, 15:00 to 16:00, MIB room LG.010

Abstract: The choice, aggregation, weighting, and interactions of divergences, a natural metric of contrasts in the exponential family, is outlined from our experiences in applied genetics. This has a bunch of statistical theory and then lots of pictures and examples of high dimensional analysis of genetic and clinical signals.
