How to Create Your Own Account
Signing up and creating a personal page on our wiki couldn't be easier!
1) Click the Log in/create account link in the top right-hand corner, then click Create an account.
2) Provide a username (preferably your full name) and a password.
You are logged in! You will notice that the top right-hand options have changed. You have completed creating an account, and now can edit existing pages or add new ones.
The next step is to edit your own page, by adding your details and interests.
1) Click your username in the top right-hand options. What you see is your userpage.
2) Click the edit tab at the top and paste the following text (everything in the box) into the edit window. Modify accordingly to tell everyone about yourself and your modelling interests.
==Name== add your name here ==Email== add your email address here ==Position== add your position here ==Affiliation== add your affiliations here ==Research Interests== replace this text with details of your modelling interests and experience (Please try to present your interests description in a paragraph form, keeping the following in mind: it should be descriptive, accessible also to non-modellers, and it should specify what tools and techniques you use for your research.) ==Website== add your website address here (if available)
3) Preview your page by clicking Show preview, or if you are happy with it save your page by clicking Save page.
That is all!!! If you want any additional information added, or any special formatting to your userpage (e.g. colour, tables or a picture of yourself), feel free to try your hand with the wiki editing options, they are very easy to master. But do not hesitate to ask for help, any information, pictures, files, or links that you would like added, you can send to Vangelis Simeonidis and he will gladly add them for you.
